First time to Adirondack Tire and it was a very positive experience. Ray was just awesome and answered all of my questions. He was very kind and polite and actually listened to what my concerns were about my car. Turns out, my problem was not as big a problem as I thought it was. They could have sold me brand new tires but they didn't. They were honest about my issue and didn't try to push tires that I didn't need. This type of business quality is very hard to find now days. Everyone want's to sell you something instead of listening and just fixing the problem. Very happy with Ray and the experience and will return again for sure!

Waiting in the lounge area for new tire installation, alignment and inspection. I chose Adirondack (Morris Rd) because of the phone conversation with Bill and continued with David. They were both proven knowledgeable and informative with patience in answering all of my questions. This, in itself, is added value to an expectant good outcome. I'll finish after service is complete and the bill paid.

The customer service at ADK Tires has been the main reason that I return to the shop. I’ve had tires replaced on both cars, oil and filter changes, an AC system replaced and all the other services that occur in between. Always done quickly, correctly and affordably! The gentleman at the front desk (Rick) is a gem. He’s got a great sense of humor, very courteous and dependable. Not always the case at other shops I’ve done business with. I’m happy to recommend them to all my family and friends whenever they have a car repair need.
